Systems for Success

We recommend that students in K-6th grade receive executive functioning coaching with one of the highly trained educational therapists on our team. For students in 7th-12th grade, executive functioning coaching may be provided by either an educational therapist or one of our specialized tutors, depending on the needs and goals.

Each student’s brain and learning process is unique. We teach personalized strategies based on how they process information and what motivates them. Whether it is color-coded planners, digital to-do lists, visual reminders, or mindfulness techniques, we help students create routines that stick!

Executive Function coaching isn’t just for students - it is a collaborative process that includes parents, teachers, and our coaching team. Together, we help students develop habits and systems that build lasting confidence, accountability, and motivation.
